Terms and Conditions

Welcome to ServQual Studio. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Introduction
ServQual Studio (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a UK-based agency specializing in graphic design, video editing, animation, web design, SEO, and digital marketing. These Terms apply to all services provided by ServQual Studio to clients (“you” or “your”).
2. Services Provided
We offer the following services:
- Graphic Design
- Video Editing
- Animation
- Web Design and Development
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Digital Marketing
Custom services can be arranged by mutual agreement. All services are subject to these Terms.
3. Service Agreement
3.1. Scope of Work A detailed scope of work (“SOW”) will be agreed upon before commencing any project. Changes to the SOW after approval may result in additional charges.
3.2. Timeline Project timelines will be outlined in the SOW. We will make reasonable efforts to meet deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1. Pricing Fees for services will be detailed in the SOW. Additional charges may apply for extra revisions, expedited delivery, or scope changes.
4.2. Payment Terms A deposit of 10% is required to commence work. Final payment is due upon project completion. Payments can be made via EFT.
4.3. Late Payments Late payments may incur interest charges of 5% per month.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. Provision of Materials You must provide all necessary materials, content, and approvals promptly to ensure project timelines are met.
5.2. Approvals Your approval is required at specific milestones. Delays in approval may impact project timelines.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Ownership Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables. We retain the right to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6.2. Third-Party Materials You are responsible for obtaining rights to any third-party materials you provide. We are not liable for copyright infringement arising from such materials.
7. Revisions
7.1. Revision Policy The number of revisions will be specified in the SOW. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit may incur extra charges.
7.2. Revision Requests All revision requests must be submitted within 10 days after receiving the deliverables.
8. Confidentiality
We will maintain the confidentiality of your sensitive information and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
9. Liability
9.1. Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service that caused the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9.2. Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
10. Termination
10.1. Termination by Client You may terminate the agreement with written notice. Refunds, if applicable, will be at our discretion based on the work completed.
10.2. Termination by ServQual Studio We reserve the right to terminate services if you breach these Terms. Fees for work completed will remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
12. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated to clients and will take effect immediately upon publication.
